Oasis - Evensong
What is Evensong?
On the first Saturday of each month Oasis Ministry holds an Evensong at St. Andrew's
Episcopal Church in Ann Arbor.
Using the Holden Evensong, a contemporary liturgy written and composed by
Marty Haugen, we strive to reach out to those who may be trying to understand how one can
be an TBLG person and part of the church or any faith community.
This service is open and welcoming to all who wish to take part in Evening Prayer.
Child care is provided.
Evensong includes a sung liturgy, readings
selected from the Lectionary, and a
reflection.
After the service, we hold
a social
gathering.
